The Society of Metallurgical Engineers of the Philippines (SMEP), in partnership with the Institute of Materials Engineers in the Philippines (IMEP), will conduct a Materials Forum on 03 June 2023 (Saturday) via Xperto.
The SMEP, established in 1982, is the only professional society of metallurgical engineers in the Philippines. SMEP exists to promote the interests of its members and the profession and to disseminate knowledge in metallurgical engineering. The IMEP, incorporated in 2013, is an organization of professionals and engineers involved in the practice of materials engineering in the Philippines. The IMEP supports, promotes, and actively engages in the education, practice, and dissemination of technical information in the field of materials engineering.
This technical forum will showcase presentations on Materials Failures in 3D Printing Polymer Nanocomposites, Materials for Energy Transition, and Leadership.
